في رفّ القصص لا يوجد جواب واحد صحيح. ينظر الطفل إلى صورة ويقول ماذا يحدث فيها، ويرتّب يومه، ويخمّن ماذا حدث قبل الصورة، ويحكي شعور شخص آخر، ثمّ يصنع كتابه الصغير بنفسه. هذه الأوراق تدرّب الكلام والترتيب والخيال قبل القراءة، ودورك فيها أن تسأل وتسمع، وتكتب كلماته كما قالها إن أراد. ابدأ بورقة الصورة والشعور والحكاية في مساء هادئ، وحزمة المشاعر العشر تنتظر بعدها.

On the stories shelf there is no single right answer. A child looks at a picture and says what is happening, puts their day in order, guesses what happened before the picture, tells how someone else feels, and finally makes a little book of their own. These sheets train talking, sequence and imagination before reading; your part is to ask, to listen, and to write down their words as they said them if they want.
