What to write about
A mistake on a sheet
A wrong harakat, a confusing instruction, an answer that does not match the question. This is the most useful message you can send us, and it gets fixed first.
Something we have not written
Tell us the skill and the age. We keep a list, and the things parents ask for twice get written next.
Using this in a school
You already may — print and photocopy freely. Write only if you need something in writing for your administration.
Anything else
Press, partnerships, or a question the site does not answer.
What to include for a correction
The name of the sheet and the page number is enough. If you can, say what a child actually did with it — “she read the word as X” tells us more about the mistake than the mistake itself does.
Before you write
Two questions we get often are already answered: what you may do with the sheets is on the terms page, and what we store is on the privacy page. Everything on this site is free, so there is no billing question to ask.
