Free printable activities for children who are not in school yet. You print them, you teach them, and it costs you nothing but paper.

1. It is only for the little ones

Before KG, KG1 and KG2. Nothing above that, and that is a decision rather than a gap we have not filled yet.

Before KG

Ages 2–3

Before nursery even starts. Pointing, naming, listening, and the very first crayon marks that are not scribbles.

You: You read every word aloud. They point, you name it.

KG1

Ages 3–4

First year of kindergarten. Sounds start attaching to letters, quantities start attaching to numbers, and they want to do it themselves.

You: You read the instruction, then sit back and watch.

KG2

Ages 4–5

The year before Grade 1. Writing their name, reading short words, adding small numbers, and explaining why they think so.

You: You ask the question at the end and let them explain.

Why we stop at KG2

Because that is the age where a parent really is the teacher. There is no textbook in the house, no homework diary and no exercise book — if a child is going to sit down and learn something at the kitchen table, somebody has to bring the paper. From Grade 1 onward your child arrives home with all of it already: their own book, their own exercises, their own homework. A printable sheet stops being a gift and starts being one more thing in the evening.

So we would rather do three years properly than ten years badly.

KG2 & UNDER

We do one age group and we do it properly. Before KG, KG1, KG2. After that your child has their own books — and honestly, they will not need us.

Why is all of this free?

Because the people who need it most are the ones least likely to pay for it. The site carries advertising, and that pays for the work. The adverts sit on the page, never in the PDF, and never between you and a download button.

3. It will not eat your printer cartridge

Ink is the real cost of a free worksheet, and most free worksheets ignore that completely. Four rules, applied to every page we draw.

No full-page colour

The background of every page is the paper. Nothing is flooded.

Outlines, not fills

Shapes are drawn with a line. The child colours them in — that is the point.

Colour only where it means something

If a colour is not carrying information, it is not printed.

Reads fine in grey

Set your printer to black and white and nothing is lost.

Colouring pages are the one deliberate exception, and even those are outlines — the colour is supposed to come from your child’s crayons, not from our printer.

4. You teach it. Here is exactly how.

You do not need to be a teacher. You need to sit down for fifteen minutes with the right piece of paper — and we write the paper.

Print it
One page, black and white is fine. Two minutes before they sit down.

Sit beside them
Not opposite. Beside. Same side of the table, same side of the problem.

Read the goal out loud
It is written in child words at the top. Read it exactly as it is printed.
Say: “Today we can…”

Let them try it wrong
Do not take the pencil. A wrong answer they fix themselves is worth ten right ones you gave them.
Say: “What do you think?”

Ask the last question
The sheet ends with one question. Ask it, then be quiet and let them talk.
Say: “How did you know?”
