What is on the sheet

Five record cards, الزِّيَارَةُ الْأُولَى to الزِّيَارَةُ الْخَامِسَةُ (first visit to fifth visit), each with a space for the date and room for a small drawing of the seed, then a last card: مَا الَّذِي أَتَسَاءَلُ عَنْهُ؟ (what am I wondering about?). A note says a seed may need longer, and that we record what we see even when nothing has changed.
