The answers

fish→sea, bird→tree/nest, camel→desert, cat→house, frog→pond, whale→deep sea. But the CLUE they name matters more than the match.

If they get stuck

Cover the animal and show only its feet. Ask what those feet are for.

Common mistakes

Answering from memory rather than from the picture. Ask 'which part of it told you?'
Being marked wrong for a defended answer, a cat could live outside, and they are right.
