What is on the sheet

A prediction line at the top, أَتَوَقَّعُ أَنَّ الَّذِي يَذُوبُ أَوَّلًا هُوَ (I predict the one that melts first is), with room for why. Then a two-column record, فِي الشَّمْسِ (in the sun) and فِي الظِّلِّ (in the shade), with timed rows to tick what has melted after a few minutes.
