Top half: six thick dotted vertical lines, 40mm tall, 25mm apart, each with a bold dot at the START (top). Bottom half: six dotted horizontal lines, 40mm wide, starting dot on the RIGHT. Then one empty box 80×50mm. Lines 14mm apart per the age band.

Skill: The first two pre-writing strokes: vertical and horizontal. You will need: thick pencil or crayon. Your role: observe. Prints well in black and white.
